U$S 7.000 as far as agricultural lands is concerned; U$S 2.000 to U$S 4.000
for cattle prairies and U$S 2.500 to U$S 3.500 for forest priority soils.
The average of pasture capacity of soils is one cattle unit by hectare, average per year.
